The Spouse KITAS is a Visa intended for foreigners who are married to Indonesian citizens. It is issued on the following conditions: for a period of 5 years (with mandatory annual renewal) for those who are officially married to an Indonesian citizen, for 3 years of holding an ITAS visa, and for the same period as a KITAS visa of a spouse who officially works in Indonesia. After staying in Indonesia for more than two years on a Spousal KITAS, you can ‘upgrade’ to a permanent residence visa called a KITAP.
